Who we are

JONRA Consulting Ltd is the data controller for the information described here. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 16835190, with our registered office at Suite RA01, 195-197 Wood Street, London E17 3NU. You can contact us at info@jonraconsulting.co.uk or on 07476 912125.

What we collect

We only hold what you give us. In practice that means:

• If you contact usYour name, phone number, email address, and whatever you tell us about your business in the course of the conversation.
• If you become a clientContact details, the commercial information needed to do the work, and our correspondence with you.
• If you join The Results RoomYour name, phone number and email. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
• When you visit this siteNothing. This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and does not track you. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, as every web host does.

Why we hold it, and on what basis

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, to carry out work you've engaged us for, to run The Results Room, and to meet our legal and tax obligations. The lawful bases we rely on are performance of a contract where you are a client, legitimate interests where you have approached us about working together, and legal obligation where the law requires us to keep records.

We do not send marketing emails, and we do not add people to mailing lists without asking.

Who else sees it

We don't sell your information and we don't share it for marketing. It is handled by the services we use to run the business — email and file storage, payment processing through Stripe, WhatsApp for messaging, and our accountant. Each of them acts on our instructions or under their own obligations as a controller.

Where we bring in a specialist on your behalf — an accountant, designer, photographer or trade — we will tell you who they are and only pass on what they need to do the job.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't go anywhere are deleted within twelve months. Client records are kept for six years after the end of the engagement, which is the period HMRC requires for business and tax records. Results Room membership details are deleted twelve months after you leave.

A note on WhatsApp

Most of our conversations happen on WhatsApp. Messages are end-to-end encrypted, but they sit on your device and ours, and WhatsApp is operated by Meta under its own privacy terms. Members of The Results Room can see each other's phone numbers, because that is how WhatsApp groups work. If you would rather deal with us by email, just say so and we will.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we're using it, or ask us to restrict it. Email info@jonraconsulting.co.uk and we will respond within one month. There is no charge.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or on 0303 123 1113. We'd rather you came to us first so we can put it right.

If this notice changes we'll update the date at the top of this page.
