The plain-English terms for joining The Results Room. Last updated September 2026.
The Results Room is provided by JONRA Consulting Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 16835190, registered office Suite RA01, 195-197 Wood Street, London E17 3NU. In these terms “I”, “me” and “my” mean JONRA Consulting Ltd, and “you” means the member. You can reach me at info@jonraconsulting.co.uk or on 07476 912125.
The Room is group accountability and general business support from someone with experience. It isn't legal, tax, financial or investment advice, and I can't promise any particular result — the work is yours.
The founding rate is £35 a month for the first 15 members. After that the price is £50 a month. The Room is capped at 25 members. Payment is taken by Stripe when you sign up, then on the same date each month until you cancel. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay each month.
What “locked in for good” means. Your founding rate stays at £35 a month for as long as your membership stays continuously active. If you cancel and later rejoin, the price available at that time applies.
Your membership starts as soon as you've paid. I approve requests to join the group personally, usually within a few hours. By paying, you ask me to start your membership straight away.
You have 14 days from the day you pay to change your mind, for any reason. Message me within that time and I'll refund what you've paid in full and remove you from the group. If you're joining as an individual rather than for a business, this is your legal right to cancel — I give everyone the same 14 days.
The Room is a rolling monthly membership with no minimum term. You can cancel at any time — yourself, on the membership page (enter the email you paid with and Stripe sends you a login code), or by messaging me and I'll do it for you. Cancel before your next payment date and you won't be charged again. You keep your place until the end of the month you've paid for.
Payments for months you've already been a member aren't refunded, apart from the 14 days above and the section below.
The Room only works if people show up. If you don't post for three weeks I'll check in with you. If nothing changes, I'll refund your latest payment and close your membership. If I have to remove you for breaking the house rules, I'll refund any payment that covers time after you were removed.
Members can see each other's phone numbers, because that is how WhatsApp groups work. Payments are handled by Stripe — I never see or store your card details. How I use and keep your information is set out in the privacy notice.
If I change these terms I'll tell members in the group before the change takes effect and update the date at the top of this page. If you don't want to carry on under the new terms, you can cancel.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
